DMG Rewards Loyalty Scheme

Welcome to our Loyalty Rewards Scheme! We appreciate your business and this program is our way of saying thank you for your continued support. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining.

Eligibility:

•       This program is open to retail and club customers only. Trade and wholesale customers are not eligible.

•       Membership is free

Earning Points:

•       You will earn 2 points for every £1 spent on goods (before VAT).

•       The cost of carriage/postage does not qualify for points.

•       The specific point value per £1 may be subject to change, but we will provide clear communication if this occurs. We will from time to time run promotions where the ratio of points to pounds may increase. We will email all Scheme Members about these promotions

•       Qualifying points are added to the account on a monthly basis within 2 weeks of the end of the previous month.

Redeeming Points:

•       Points can be redeemed for high street vouchers (see online portal), please note that these vouchers are subject to changes if the supplier or retailer changes their rules or pulls out of the scheme. We cannot be held responsible for any changes that come from a 3rd party.

•       You can check your points balance and redeem points online, either through the DMG rewards app or the DMG rewards website.

•       Points are not redeemable for cash. There are no cash alternatives given and we will only offer as a reward the vouchers that are available at the time the points are redeemed.

Points Expiry:

•       When you have selected a voucher to redeem your points against, you will receive an email confirming that your points have been redeemed and the voucher is waiting for you to be downloaded. You have 90 days to download the voucher. Vouchers not downloaded within 90 days of being uploaded will automatically be forfeited and you will not be able to get access to it.

Once you have downloaded your voucher you have up to 24 months to redeem it. This varies by voucher and is determined by the retailer. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of the retailer and ensure you use the voucher in line with the retailer's expiry date.

•       We are unable to issue any refunds for points, vouchers or a cash alternative for any expired rewards.

Redeeming Points:

•       Points can be redeemed for high street vouchers with various denominations (e.g. £5, £10, £20), this is determined by the retailer not DMG Ltd.

•       The point value required for each voucher denomination will be clearly displayed.

•       You can redeem points through www.rewards@davidmanners.co.uk or download the DMG rewards app at the Apple Stores for iPhone or the Google Play store for Android phones

Voucher Terms:

•       High street vouchers will have their own expiry dates set by the issuer. Please ensure you use your voucher before the expiry date. We are unable to reissue vouchers once they have expired. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vouchers are used within the valid period and no refunds or points will be given or any cash alternatives offered.

•       Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

•       We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward scheme at any time with reasonable notice.

•       We may exclude certain products or promotions from point accumulation.

Membership:

•       Membership in the reward scheme is free.

•       You can unsubscribe from the scheme at any time by deactivating your account on the app or wesbite.

Data Protection:

•       We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

General:

•       We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

•       We reserve the right to terminate the Loyalty Rewards Scheme at any time. If the scheme is cancelled we are not obliged to offer an alternative scheme or rewards. There will be no reimbursement for lost points.
